I grew up as a quiet observer, always analyzing and imagining while trying—and failing—to fit into who I thought I “should” be. Choosing my own path led to a messy but transformative unraveling that showed me how destructive—and essential—real growth can be. I got divorced, came out, changed careers, and faced a terrifying level of independence that came with each of these battles, along with countless unexpected ones. After 15 years as a hairstylist in Los Angeles, I transitioned into therapy to more deeply support people learning to express who they truly are. As a therapist, I guide clients through their own inner wilderness—facing fears, unlearning old stories, discovering strengths, and learning how to self-rescue when they get stuck. I believe creativity and neurodivergence are superpowers, and therapy becomes a collaborative process of harnessing those gifts and building the systems that help you thrive.
