Introduction

HI! I'm Michelle, the owner and Clinical Director of Life Healing Counseling in Charlotte, NC. I’m a earning my PhD in Clinical Sexology, a Board Certified Sex Therapist (CST,) Certified Sex Addictions Therapist (CSAT,) Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT,) Certified Multi-Addiction Therapist (CMAT) specializing in gaming and tech addiction, and a kink-affirming clinician. I am an Instructor and the chair of the Kink Awareness Program at the International Institute for Clinical Sexology, training clinicians how to work with kinky clients. I am passionate about helping individuals, partners, couples, teens and the family system heal from problematic sexual behaviors and tech addiction using a non-shaming, empathetic, attachment and trauma-focused approach.
