Many of the people who find their way to me have reached a point where what they've been doing is no longer working. They may be navigating a difficult relationship, recovering from emotional abuse, facing a major life transition, grieving a loss, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. They know something needs to change, but they're not always sure where to begin. I became a therapist after an earlier career in healthcare leadership because I wanted to do work that allowed me to connect with people in a more meaningful way. I believe lasting change happens through honest conversation, curiosity, and understanding—not judgment. My practice focuses on working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, narcissistic abuse, codependency, and life transitions, including separation and divorce. I also work with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, or navigate difficult decisions together. My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. Rather than telling you what to do, I help you better understand yourself, recognize the patterns that have shaped your life, and build the confidence to make choices that align with who you are and who you want to become. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you're returning after time away, my goal is to provide a space where you can speak openly, feel genuinely heard, and begin reclaiming your life—one conversation at a time.
