My path to becoming a therapist wasn't just professional — it was personal. My own journey included blended family dynamics, trauma, loss, and codependency, and it taught me that healing comes through learning to build genuinely healthy relationships. That journey is a big part of why I do this work today. I have a deep passion for supporting families, because a healthy family is one of the most powerful forces for good in a person's life and in society. Sometimes that means working with an individual to heal old wounds; other times it means bringing the whole family together to rebuild trust. My work is also faith-based, and I welcome integrating faith into our sessions for clients who want that. I help individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship conflict, family tension, and trauma, using an attachment-focused approach that includes EMDR. My therapy dog, Champ, sometimes joins sessions to offer calming support. My goal is helping clients move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling grounded and connected — one step at a time, at whatever pace feels right for you. My own experience taught me lasting change is possible, and I'd be honored to help you find that too.
