Introduction

Sometimes we find ourselves at a crossroads, sensing that something within us is asking for healing, even if we can’t quite put it into words. You may be struggling with anxiety, self-worth, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever has brought you here, I believe therapy is an invitation to reconnect with the deepest, wisest parts of who you are. I offer a grounded, compassionate, and intuitive space where every part of you is welcome—mind, body, and spirit. Together we’ll gently explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped your life, while honoring the innate wisdom that already exists within you. Healing isn’t about fixing what is broken; it’s about rediscovering the authentic self that has always been there beneath layers of protection, pain, and expectation. My work draws from Humanistic and Depth Psychology and integrates experiential approaches such as inner child work, guided imagery, dream exploration, mindfulness, expressive arts, and transpersonal perspectives. These approaches invite insight that extends beyond simply understanding your story—they create opportunities to experience lasting transformation from the inside out. Many of my clients are highly sensitive people, helpers, caregivers, empaths, or spiritually curious individuals who have spent years caring for others while losing connection with themselves. Others simply know there is something deeper calling them toward growth, authenticity, and a more meaningful way of living. Together, we’ll strengthen self-trust, develop healthier boundaries, heal old wounds, and cultivate relationships that feel genuine and life-giving. I welcome clients who wish to include spirituality as part of their healing journey while honoring whatever beliefs—or uncertainties—you bring into the room. My role is never to define your path, but to help you discover your own inner wisdom and trust the direction it leads. One of the greatest privileges of this work is witnessing the quiet transformation that unfolds as clients reconnect with themselves. Over time, I often see people become their own advocate, live with greater authenticity, and begin making choices that align with their values, purpose, and the life they feel called to create. If you’ve found yourself here, perhaps something within you already knows it’s time. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin that journey.
