Life can get complicated, especially when the systems around you were not built with you in mind. I work with women, LGBTQ+ folks, and people living with chronic illness who are trying to make sense of themselves in a world that does not always pause to see them. As someone who is neurodivergent and lives with chronic illness myself, I don’t just understand that feeling; I have lived it. That experience informs how I show up, with no assumptions, no rushing, and genuine care for who you are. My work focuses on women’s mental health, neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming care, trauma recovery, chronic illness, and perinatal mental health. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches and shape them around you, because your history, your body, and your life do not fit neatly into one box, and your therapy should reflect that. Therapy works best when it feels right for you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a sense of how we might work together. If you are ready to feel supported, understood, and steadier in the hard parts of life, I would be honored to connect with you.
