I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety as well as couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, or work through difficult patterns in their relationship. I use EMDR therapy to help individuals process experiences that may still be keeping their nervous system in a state of high alert, so change happens at the root rather than just on the surface. My approach is collaborative, steady, and paced so that you never feel pushed faster than you’re ready for. Whether we are working individually or as a couple, the goal is to create a space where you can feel understood, supported, and able to move forward with greater clarity and calm.
