Introduction

I help people break free from the weight of anxiety, trauma, and stress so they can feel calmer, stronger, and more in control of their lives. With over twelve years of experience as a professional counselor, executive, and health coach, I specialize in guiding clients who feel stuck in cycles of worry, overwhelm, or unresolved pain toward lasting change. Many of the individuals I work with carry the impact of trauma—whether from difficult relationships, painful life events, or ongoing stress. My approach is both practical and deeply supportive: I integrate evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with somatic and mind-body techniques that help calm the nervous system and release stress stored in the body. This combination allows clients not only to understand their struggles but to actually feel relief and create new patterns that last. I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Each person’s story, strengths, and challenges are unique, so I tailor every session to fit your needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, build tools for resilience, and create a clear path toward the life you want—whether that means reducing anxiety, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or finding more balance and purpose. My clients often tell me they appreciate that therapy with me feels safe, collaborative, and results-oriented. I see you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide the strategies, support, and perspective that help you move forward with confidence. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also the beginning of real change. If you’re ready to feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you.
