I work with BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, and adopted clients navigating identity, anxiety, trauma, family challenges, burnout, or feeling misunderstood. My therapy is warm, affirming, and collaborative. It might be hard to imagine now, but it is possible for you to discover more ease with yourself, to slow down the pressure to perform, and to live in a way that feels more genuine and connected to who you really are. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches - but my true North Star is the relationship we develop and the understanding that healing is deeply personal and unique. People have shared that in therapy with me, they feel free to express themselves without having to censor, translate, or justify their experience. My hope is that our work together will become a place where you feel truly seen and celebrated, and where you can take steps toward the life that feels right for you.
