You may find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you—around food, relationships, or how you care for yourself. Grief, midlife changes, or early childhood experiences may have left you questioning who you are or what comes next. In our work together, we offer a safe, compassionate space to explore these deeper layers of developmental trauma—how your early experiences of safety, value, and belonging continue to shape you today. Through a trauma-informed lens, EMDR, and the Healing Our Core Issues (HOCI) model, we’ll begin to heal painful memories, release shame, and create room for self-acceptance and peace in your body and your life. Our work together supports you in reconnecting with your most functional adult self—living with greater awareness, balance, and choice rather than reaction. Psychoeducational Groups Coming January 2026. Groups are co-lead with Michelle Market, LPC and Grace Goodman, MA, NCC Beginning January 2026, I’ll be offering a series of small, supportive groups designed to help you reconnect with yourself and grow in community. Each group offers education, reflection, and practical tools for healing and self-discovery. Being a Functional Adult – Learn what it means to live from your most grounded, empowered self rather than from old survival patterns. Befriending Your Nervous System – Understand your body’s responses to stress and discover gentle ways to bring yourself back into balance. Grief and Loss Workshop – A compassionate space to honor what you’ve lost and find new ways to carry your grief with care and meaning. These groups combine psychoeducation with connection and support—helping you build awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-compassion.
