I provide a supportive, results-oriented counseling experience through both telehealth and in-person sessions. My work helps clients reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, navigate relationship conflict, and cultivate deeper emotional connection and intimacy. At the heart of my approach is conscious awareness. I help clients identify and label their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can understand what is driving their distress. Through this process, clients learn to recognize unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns and intentionally reshape them into beliefs that reflect their inherent worth, dignity, and core values—leading to greater clarity, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
