Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who enjoys helping people better understand themselves, their patterns, and their emotional experiences. I work from a humanistic, relational approach, offering a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe being honest and authentic. I’m especially interested in working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and challenges with emotional regulation or executive functioning. My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, self-compassion, and clarity so they can feel more grounded and confident in their lives.
