Introduction

Whether you're seeking EMDR, CBT, or other therapeutic approaches, we have therapists that are here to help you on your journey toward healing and growth. See below for more information about each therapist! Michelle Palmas is a licensed therapist specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Michelle's journey into the field of therapy began with a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. She received her master’s in social work from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, where she developed a strong foundation in various therapeutic techniques and an understanding of the complexities of mental health. Michelle takes a holistic approach to healing, integrating techniques such as goal planning, lifestyle modifications, and evidence-based therapies like EMDR and CBT. This multifaceted strategy allows Michelle to cater to the unique needs of each client, fostering a supportive environment where personal growth and healing can flourish. Kenzie Berg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in clinical social work and over 8 years of experience in case management, child welfare, and working with youth and families. Kenzie brings a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. Kenzie's clinical work is rooted in trauma-informed care, and she specializes in modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Kenzie also incorporates expressive arts, somatic practices, and parts work. Kenzie values incorporating body-based awareness and movement into sessions to support holistic healing. Kenzie has experience working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes. At the core of her practice is authenticity. Kenzie approaches therapy as a partnership rooted in mutual respect, where you set the pace and direction. Kenzie is not here to tell you what to do, but to empower you to make choices that align with your values and goals. Life can be challenging and messy, and we all need support at times. Kenzie strives to provide a safe, empathetic space infused with kindness, calm, and a touch of lightheartedness. Therapy can be deep and healing—and sometimes, it can be playful and even fun. Diamond Clinton is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA). She holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work, earning her undergraduate degree from North Carolina Central University and her graduate degree from Walden University. Diamond is also a proud mom of two, and that lived experience allows her to bring empathy, patience, and real-world understanding into the therapeutic space. Diamond specializes in working with individuals, families, couples, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative, focusing on helping clients feel empowered rather than judged. She believes therapy should be a safe place where clients can explore their experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and gain clarity and confidence in their healing journey. Diamond's goal is to create an environment that feels supportive, authentic, and culturally responsive, where clients feel heard and understood. Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, or group therapy, Diamond meets clients where they are and walks alongside them as they work toward growth, healing, and lasting change. Jayla Munn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with experience working with adolescents (ages 5 and up) and adults of all ages. Jayla understands how overwhelming it can feel to carry stress, anxiety, and unspoken expectations — especially for teens and young adults who are used to being “strong.” She works with clients navigating burnout, anxiety, and life transitions. Using a cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approach, Jayla helps clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and create healthier patterns. Jayla's goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you reconnect with the strength you already have. Sei Kayee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who works with children, teens, and adults navigating a variety of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, stress-related concerns, adjustment difficulties, and perinatal mental health challenges. She is also a Certified Immigrant and Refugee Psychological Evaluator, providing culturally responsive evaluations and support for immigrant and refugee communities. Sei believes therapy should be a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. Her therapeutic approach focuses on meeting clients where they are while helping them build insight, resilience, emotional regulation, and healthy coping skills. Sei strives to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment that empowers clients throughout their healing journey and personal growth. Rebecca Cook is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who works with clients across the lifespan, from young children to older adults. She has a special passion for supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and the stress of caring for others, including those who are new to therapy or have difficulty prioritizing their own needs. Rebecca believes therapy should meet you where you are. She uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and strengths-based interventions. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical tools for managing difficult emotions, and build greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Rebecca has both personal and professional experience with chronic illness and medical family therapy, giving her a meaningful understanding of the emotional impact that health challenges can have on individuals and families. She supports clients who are navigating their own medical concerns as well as parents and caregivers coping with a child’s diagnosis or ongoing health needs. As a mother of both biological and adopted children, Rebecca also brings a unique perspective to her work with parents and families, including those raising children with special needs or neurodivergence. Her trauma-informed approach helps families look beyond “big behaviors” to better understand what a child may be communicating and develop strategies that foster connection, resilience, and understanding. Above all, Rebecca strives to create a warm, connected, and judgment-free environment where you don't have to have everything figured out. Healing can happen at your own pace and in your own way. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, caring for everyone around you, navigating a difficult season, supporting your child, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, Rebecca would be honored to help you find more peace, connection, and confidence along the way.
