Life can be a lot sometimes. Challenges often come fast, and it’s easy to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or alone. Reaching out for help isn’t always easy but you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, sadness, trauma, or life’s unexpected twists, I’m here to help you sort through it and move toward real, lasting change. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about rediscovering your authentic self and building a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and truly yours. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to spark meaningful change. My approach centers on balance. We’ll look at how to bring more of it into your everyday life—mentally, emotionally, and practically. I bring warmth, honesty, and a sense of humor to the process, and there may be sessions where we laugh, cry—maybe both—as you uncover tools and reconnect with strengths already within you. A bit about me: I began as a caregiver for adults with autism and have worked in schools and mental health settings. I’m a mom to four daughters, have been married for over 20 years, and life at home is full of love, chaos, and learning. Outside of work, I find calm in nature, gardening, and creative moments—finding my own balance, one day at a time.
