I specialize in OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions, particularly when symptoms are complex, longstanding, or haven't responded to traditional therapy. My approach focuses on understanding the function of behavior rather than simply addressing symptoms. Anxiety and OCD often persist because of the ways we learn to respond to fear, uncertainty, and discomfort. While these responses may provide temporary relief, they can also keep people stuck. Using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral interventions, I help individuals and families identify and change the patterns maintaining their difficulties. Availability & Referrals Due to the specialized nature of my practice and high demand for services, availability for new clients is limited and varies by insurance plan. I continue to consider referrals for individuals with OCD and related conditions, particularly those requiring specialized treatment. Services are provided via telehealth throughout Montana and Colorado. Please contact the practice to inquire about current availability and insurance participation.
