Introduction

Welcome! I am glad you are here! Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re a parent managing burn out, a teen struggling with low self-esteem or everyday stress, or a young adult navigating the complexities of adulthood. You’re not alone. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief, depression, emotional and behavioral challenges, and family stress. Together, we’ll create a warm, safe space to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop tools for lasting growth. Taking this step is brave, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. With a compassionate, trauma-informed lens, I provide children, teens, and adults with an environment where they can feel seen and supported. My strength-based, client-centered approach draws from Play Therapy, EMDR, ERP, CBT, IFS, and more-guiding each person towards finding inner peace, building confidence, and creating meaningful change. Vulnerability can feel intimidating, yet it often opens the door to profound growth and healing. Through these moments, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and learn how to live a more fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take this step for yourself, your child, or your teen, it would be my honor to walk alongside you.
