Introduction

You may be living with anxiety, carrying the effects of trauma, or navigating life as a neurodivergent person in environments that weren't designed with your needs in mind. Over time, the strategies that once helped you survive can begin to limit the life you want to create. I work with teens, adults, couples, and parents to understand these patterns, heal from what no longer serves them, and build healthier relationships, greater confidence, and a life that feels more authentic and aligned with their values. My style is warm, direct, and depth-oriented. Together, we’ll explore the origins of long standing patterns, understand the protective role they once served, and explore whether they still fit who you’re becoming. Therapy isn’t only about reducing symptoms, it’s about coming home to yourself, deepening self trust and creating a more aligned life. Therapy with me balances compassion with challenge and is grounded in collaboration, autonomy, and your existing strengths. Whether you’re healing from the past, navigating present challenges, or moving toward a more intentional future, therapy can help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself and others while creating lasting, meaningful change.
