Hi, I'm Michelle! My therapeutic approach is dynamic and humanistic. My therapy is influenced by my sociological and rehabilitative background that emphasizes cultural competency and cultivating self empowerment inside and outside of the therapy space. I strive to create a space for people to feel safe, respected, and supported while exploring issues contributing to present day stressors. In our therapeutic relationship, I will work alongside you to cultivate a deeper sense of self awareness, self compassion, and constructive ways to cope with life’s challenges. I have experience working with individuals of diverse ethnic backgrounds, disabilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and socioeconomic circumstances.
