Welcome. The transition into, and through, childhood can be an exciting yet overwhelming time filled with questions and concerns. And for both you and your children the transition to new developmental milestones can be a struggle. During these moments, it can be helpful to seek support to help you and your family thrive through those transitions. As a family therapist, I am passionate about coming alongside families to support them in these life moments. I help hold you, the parent, so you can focus on holding your child. I work with children and teens and their families on issues of anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, attachment issues, emotional regulation, social skills, tantrums, sleep issues, ADHD concerns, ASD concerns, developmental concerns, and parenting concerns. I help create change through play, art, conversation, and connection with caregivers. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS). I have also received advanced training as an Infant Mental Health (IMH) therapist. I utilize a systemic approach in treatment of families, exploring the identified concerns in terms of relationships and social environments. I am strengths based and future oriented in my therapy perspective, meaning I utilize your identified strengths as a family system to treat your concerns and look to create change in the future. I utilize interventions from Family Systems Theory, Solution Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Parent-Child Psychotherapy, and Play Therapy techniques.
