I started my practice in 2012, while living in Brooklyn, NY. All these years later, and living in Columbus OH, I'm grateful that I have been able to continue my practice today! Primarily, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my practice. Using evidence-based strategies such as these has proven to be the most helpful in my work. If we do get the chance to work together, we will always start where you are and focus on what you need the most help with. I do try to gently push patients to foster growth in areas that might be "blind spots" for them. However I encourage my patients to question me and communicate concerns they have along the way.
