Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, parenting, adoption, or another season of change, therapy can provide a space to slow down, process what you're carrying, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion. I'm Shelly Daigle, LPC, PMH-C, a licensed professional counselor specializing in perinatal mental health and supporting women through life's many transitions. I also work with college students and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including ACT, CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care. I hold certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and have additional training in adoption competency. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in community and spiritual care settings, accompanying people through seasons of growth, loss, uncertainty, and change. My perspective is also shaped by my own experiences as an adoptive parent of four children, including neurodivergent children, which has deepened my appreciation for the complexity, resilience, and growth that often accompany family life. Wherever you find yourself in this season, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
