Introduction

Hi, I'm Michelle. With more than 20 years of combined experience in the medical and social work fields, I've dedicated my career to helping people navigate life's most difficult challenges. Over the past decade, I've worked extensively with individuals experiencing homelessness, those involved in the legal system, and incarcerated populations. I've also served in a leadership role at a dual diagnosis agency, supporting individuals facing both mental health and substance use disorders. Today, through my private practice, I provide personalized therapy for individuals and families struggling with addiction, trauma, depression, and ADHD. I proudly serve clients throughout Ohio and Florida through secure telehealth services. I also continue to facilitate mental health and addiction recovery groups each week, staying connected to the communities I serve while bringing practical, real-world experience into every session. In addition to therapy services, I offer Non-Clinical ADHD Coaching for individuals ages 15 and older. This service focuses on practical skill-building, including organization, time management, routines, accountability, goal-setting, and strategies to support executive functioning and daily life. ADHD Coaching is a private-pay, non-clinical service and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, or mental health treatment. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
