Introduction

My work is rooted in creating a safe, empathic space where you can explore life’s concerns with honesty and compassion. When we have the courage to turn inward and truly understand ourselves, we begin to recognize that we are worthy of acceptance just as we are. While also discovering our capacity to change what once felt impossible. Together, we focus on identifying and reshaping ineffective thoughts, behaviors, habits, and beliefs that influence how you view yourself, others, and the world. Many clients understand their patterns and have the right tools, yet still feel overwhelmed, reactive, or mentally foggy when stress arises. Neurofeedback can help bridge that gap by supporting the brain’s flexibility, regulation, and natural capacity for change. As the nervous system becomes more balanced, many clients notice a calmer baseline, better sleep, improved focus, and greater emotional resilience. Making insight and coping skills easier to access in real life. Therapy and neurofeedback are two distinct treatment modalities I offer, working together to support emotion regulation, self-trust, and meaningful change; helping you move toward the life you want with greater clarity and confidence. If you’re curious whether neurofeedback could support your current therapy goals or if you are on your own journey, I invite you to reach out to see if neurofeedback is a good fit for you. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and continue the practice of healing.
