I’m a compassionate and solution-focused social worker with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. After earning my Master’s in Social Work from Boston University with a concentration in clinical practice, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting adolescents, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and families facing complex transitions. Trauma-Informed Care & SFBT: I combine trauma-sensitive practices with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients build on their strengths and cultivate resilience. Expressive & Adventure-Based Modalities: Whether through art, creative writing, or outdoor activities. Person-Centered Planning and Family Systems and Parenting Support. My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe that everyone has unique talents and that even small shifts in perspective can lead to big changes in well-being. If you’re ready to explore a strengths-based approach to growth and healing, I’d be honored to work with you.
