I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who supports individuals navigating stress, life transitions, adjustment-related challenges, and trauma. My work is grounded in helping clients feel more regulated, present, and connected to themselves—especially during periods of change or overwhelm. I bring experience working with diverse clients in New York City before relocating to Florida. With over 20 years as a yoga practitioner and teacher, I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness into therapy when appropriate. These body-based tools support nervous system regulation, increase emotional awareness, and help clients develop practical coping strategies that feel accessible and sustainable. My approach blends evidence-based practices for anxiety, mood-related concerns, and trauma with a holistic, client-centered lens. I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship, believing that meaningful change happens when clients feel supported enough to explore their inner experience at their own pace.
