Hi, I’m Mick Desrameaux, LMHC. Change can be difficult, especially when substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, or other emotional challenges begin to affect your relationships, work, or quality of life. Therapy can provide a supportive space to understand what’s happening, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working with substance use disorders, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring mental health concerns. My clinical experience spans residential, PHP, IOP, outpatient, hospital, and community-based settings, giving me a broad understanding of the challenges clients may face throughout their healing journey. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. I incorporate evidence-based strategies to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, develop insight, prevent relapse, and build healthier coping skills. I believe sustainable change happens when you feel both supported and empowered. Together, we can identify what is keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater stability, confidence, and purpose.
