We’ll work through the mix of questions, emotions, and outside pressures that come with navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions. You may be wondering how to feel more grounded in yourself, how to cope with the expectations of others, or how to find clarity in moments of uncertainty. Together, we’ll create space for self-acceptance, healing, and growth. As a native New Yorker, I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach to support college students, professionals, and individuals from diverse backgrounds who are working through anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and grief. With compassion and curiosity, we’ll explore the cultural and social systems you’re part of, your core beliefs, and how these shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By learning to trust your own resilience and innate ability to thrive, you can embrace a deeper sense of self. I also specialize in relationship therapy for couples navigating challenges such as infidelity, intimacy issues, open relationships, polyamory, or major life changes. I believe all couples deserve thoughtful, affirming care within a non-judgmental, practical approach that honors the complexity of their dynamics without pathologizing their choices. My work is rooted in psychodynamic, relational, and anti-oppressive therapy. I see the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the process, and I believe therapy itself can be a powerful act of self-care and personal empowerment.
