In a world that celebrates non-stop movement and productivity, I help clients slow down and find steady ground. I offer virtual therapy to help young adults struggling with anxiety, neurodivergence, life transitions, and chronic illness. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel isolated in their suffering, struggling inwardly while portraying success and happiness to others. I know that therapy can be daunting, so we focus on small, impactful, sustainable changes, instead of trying to address everything all at once. My work is deeply collaborative and relational in nature; I offer gentle guidance while honoring your own innate expertise and judgement. My clients would describe me as curious, genuine, and compassionate, and I enjoy bringing humor and humanity into the therapeutic process. Anxiety, depression, trauma, panic attacks, social anxiety, grief, OCD, burnout, bipolar disorder, and any other struggle that brings people to therapy often has one thing in common: isolation and loneliness. I believe that relationships are the foundation for change. My practice is rooted in a Humanistic, person-centered approach, meaning my priority is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported and honor your autonomy. To help you reach your goals, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for practical tools to help you break unhelpful patterns, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you navigate uncertainty and build the confidence to make meaningful changes. My experience working in the functional medicine field as a health coach and nutrition counselor has shaped my views of holistic health and offered a unique perspective of the interconnectedness of different areas of life. Together, we will work at your own pace, one step at a time, to break negative patterns and create a more fulfilling life by building small, sustainable habits. My remote office is a welcoming and safe space for all human beings, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, or lived experience. You’ve done it. You’ve taken the first step. We celebrate the small wins here! When you feel ready to take the next step, I would love to connect with you. I am currently taking new clients - telehealth across TN and MA.
