With more than 30 years of public service and a lifelong commitment to helping others heal, I bring both clinical expertise and human understanding to every session. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a belief that healing begins with being truly heard. My journey began in the U.S. military, where I served as a medic in hospitals and clinics nationwide. Those experiences—seeing the realities of trauma, loss, anxiety, and depression—ignited my passion for mental health and inspired my pursuit of clinical counseling. After my service, I spent over two decades in crisis intervention, supporting individuals and families through their most difficult moments. Those years reinforced a truth I still carry into my counseling practice today: empathy, patience, and active listening can transform lives. Today, as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I integrate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a compassionate, holistic perspective—addressing mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking to overcome grief, manage anxiety, strengthen relationships, or rediscover meaning after hardship, I’m here to help you find stability and hope again. Areas of Focus • Anxiety, stress, and burnout • Grief, loss, and life transitions • Trauma and PTSD recovery • Relationship and family challenges • Faith-based and integrative healing • Men’s issues and identity growth • First responders, veterans, and caregivers A Safe Place to Heal and Grow You don’t have to face difficult seasons alone.
