I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and doctoral student at Pacific University with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and families—particularly those navigating trauma, developmental disabilities, and complex family dynamics. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing on multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, and Attachment-Based work. I specialize in helping young people process difficult experiences and strengthen family relationships, and I hold specialized training in reunification therapy and Therapeutic Life Story Work. I believe deeply in meeting clients where they are, honoring their strengths and resilience, and collaborating with families as true partners in healing. My work spans forensic social work, hospital settings, and community programs—experience that informs how I show up with compassion and cultural humility. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and work with most major insurance plans. I'm also passionate about teaching the next generation of social workers at a local college.
