I’m Mike O’Rourke, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Candidate in Montana. My path to therapy includes studying philosophy and religion, working as a professional musician, building an international corporate career, and managing National Science Foundation research programs. All of these experiences shape my approach to therapy, which integrates the best available scientific evidence with space to explore life’s deeper questions of purpose, identity, and meaning. My style is calm but direct. I work primarily with men and professionals who want a grounded, straightforward space to reflect, clarify, and grow. I draw on mindfulness, existential thought, and narrative approaches to help clients navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a place where you can slow down, be honest with yourself, and take practical steps toward living with greater clarity and confidence.
