Introduction

This is a place to slow down and pay attention. Nothing needs to be fixed or explained away. Change comes through steady attention, and you remain in charge of how you move. Therapy here is not about being pushed forward, but about understanding what is actually happening and allowing it to shift in its own time. Much of my work is with people navigating stress, transition, and inner conflict. Anxiety, anger, and uncertainty often arise not because something is wrong, but because familiar ways of coping no longer fit. Drawing from both psychology and philosophy, I offer a space where these experiences can be met with care, at a pace that honors the nervous system and allows insight and choice to emerge naturally. Our work is steady and collaborative. We slow down enough to notice how emotional and relational patterns take shape without forcing change before it can be held. Over time, this kind of attention often leads to less reactivity, more steadiness, and a greater ease with oneself. The therapeutic relationship is central here. You do not need to perform, explain, or arrive with everything figured out. This approach is often a good fit for people who are thoughtful and willing to move at a deliberate pace. It may be less helpful if you are looking for quick solutions or a highly directive style. What matters most is a shared commitment to clarity, presence, and depth. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly two decades of experience across private practice, outpatient care, community-based programs, and interdisciplinary clinical teams. My approach is integrative, combining evidence-based methods with humanistic, experiential, and mindfulness-informed work. Alongside clinical practice, I provide supervision to licensed supervisors and developing clinicians. I work with clients via telehealth on Saturday mornings and keep a limited number of reduced-fee spots available.
