Welcome! Starting therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to create a warm, relaxed, and supportive space where we can work together to uncover what is blocking you and to help you come into greater alignment with your life goals and values. I show up authentically for my clients, and bring a feminist, LGBTQ-inclusive, mindfulness-based, and Internal Family Systems-informed approach. I am a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher with extensive training and experience in mindfulness meditation, and I love incorporating body-based and somatic approaches into our healing work. When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me playing music, practicing yoga and meditation, cooking, reading, going on hikes, dancing, and working for an educational nonprofit that focuses on Jewish women’s history.
