I specialize in maternal mental health, among individuals and couples, and especially those who have experienced trauma. I received her master’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. For the last 20 years, I have focused her work on supporting families who have faced family instability and overall complex post traumatic stress. I have helped families through depression, anxiety, PTSD, and toxic relationships - supports people through the most difficult obstacles, and aides them onto a journey that is healthy for their emotional wellbeing. As a trauma expert, taking a client centered approach to therapy, so that individuals and couples can feel empowered to navigate big life transitions like becoming a new parent, changes in the family dynamic, and the overall challenges of parenthood!
