Introduction

Mind Elevate is a boutique group practice founded in June 2025 with a simple but powerful mission: to make high-quality, person-centered mental health care accessible to individuals and families from all walks of life. What began in California is now expanding to New York in Fall 2025, with the goal of providing remote therapy that meets you wherever you are—both emotionally and geographically. Our practice was created out of a belief that everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, supported, and guided through life’s inevitable challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship changes, or major life transitions, our team of compassionate clinicians is here to walk alongside you. We serve children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a strong commitment to cultural humility and individualized care. At Mind Elevate, we take a collaborative, human-centered approach to therapy. We match you with a therapist who not only specializes in your concerns but who also takes time to understand your story, your values, and your goals. Using evidence-based modalities, we support your healing while helping you build lasting tools for emotional resilience. We don’t believe therapy is just for crisis moments—it’s a lifelong resource. That’s why we aim to become your trusted partner across seasons of growth, loss, uncertainty, and change. Our goal isn’t just to help you feel better—but to help you live better. Welcome to your next chapter. We’re so glad you’re here.
