Introduction

Hello and welcome. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California with over 7 years of experience, I work with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, codependency, relationship issues, life transition, and exploration of identity. I hope to support you in uncovering the sources of the issues that impact you so you can live fully. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to understand what keeps you stuck in undesirable patterns, including thoughts that spiral, actions that reinforce problems, and emotions that feel difficult to manage. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Parts 1 and 2 to support you in processing persistent difficult memories or experiences. If you have any questions or would like to begin therapy with me, please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to find out how you can get started today.
