My goal is to provide a safe space where you can talk about what comes to mind, discover new ideas, and make new connections. My focus is on helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, experiences, and relationships. In addition to my clinical training, I have studied anthropology, psychology, public affairs, and psychoanalysis – all with a focus on mental health and relational dynamics. I have experience helping people with issues related to depression and anxiety, high risk sexual behavior, and substance use.
