Introduction

Hello! And thank you for coming to my page! Taking a step towards improving this thing called life can be tough and overwhelming, but I am here to help! With my services you'll always have a space to tell your story and rewrite how that story plays out. Therapy is what you make it, and I am here to walk that path with you! Your needs and goals are my focus and together we will develop your best way forward. Sessions with me will be honest, safe, and productive. My goal is to help you, become the you that you dream of being! I offer In-Person and Virtual Sessions! My focus is on the Mind, Body, and Soul aspect of every person I meet. I offer interventions customized to your needs. My modalities are CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy, and Narrative therapy. I have experience working along side clients struggling with addiction, relationship stress, anxiety, depression, mood, and thought disorders. It can be difficult to confront things that have been part of your life for a long time, but my services are trauma-informed and sensitive to your needs as a person. It can be hard to see what can be affecting us at times,so with my services I will always be transparent with you about what I am seeing in your situations. Contact me and lets work through it!
