I am a humanistic and trauma-sensitive therapist who believes that individuals have the innate power to heal and grow on a path of their own determination. I know we do not exist in a vacuum and that people are products of their context. I provide a non-judgmental space to explore what has happened in your life, not to determine what is “wrong” with you. My clinical point of view is feminist, sex-positive, trauma-sensitive, anti-oppressive, and harm-reductionist. I treat trauma and PTSD, relationship and attachment concerns, depression, anxiety, including social anxiety, life transitions, and identity issues. I work with existential concerns, spirituality, religious trauma, and sexual trauma. I believe that reclaiming our sexuality following trauma or abuse is a necessary part of recovery. If you think we may be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation call to start our work together. I offer services at a sliding scale through Open Path.
