Introduction

I am passionate about working with individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC. I identify as a black and queer therapist. My approach is rooted in empathy and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced within these communities. Everyone deserves a safe and affirming space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and identities. Areas of Expertise include but are not limited to Identity exploration and affirmation, navigating intersections of identity and race, Mental health challenges specific to LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, trauma, and helping individuals build resilience and self acceptance. In our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental, affirming environment where your experiences are validated. It is important to me to build a strong therapeutic relationship, in which you feel comfortable sharing your story. Together, we will explore your goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to help you thrive. It takes courage to reach out and seek support. You're not alone. Whether you are seeking support for mental health concerns, identity issues, or simply want to talk through your experiences, I’m here to help. Please send me an email to schedule a consultation. I look forward to working together on your journey toward healing and empowerment.
