As a queer Latina, I specialize in supporting women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ folks navigating identity, trauma, anxiety, career transitions, and personal growth—helping you break unhelpful patterns and live more authentically. I take a strengths-based, goal-oriented approach, drawing from therapies like CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as Somatic, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapies. There is no one-size-fits-all model in therapy, so I tailor each session to meet you where you are, build on what’s already working, and support you in moving toward what matters most to you.
