Introduction

Hi, I’m Miranda, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and lasting. I specialize in working with trauma, dissociative experiences, OCD and intrusive thoughts, and anxiety. My approach is integrative and deeply client-centered, drawing from Parts and Memory Therapy, EMDR, ERP, and inner child/ego state work. I believe healing happens when we create space for all parts of ourselves—not just the ones that feel easy to face. My style is warm, collaborative, and attuned. I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to explore your internal world at your own pace, while also gently supporting meaningful change. Whether you're navigating the impact of past experiences, feeling stuck in patterns, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to build clarity, resilience, and connection.
