I am bilingual therapist providing services in both English and Spanish. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and safe environment where clients can feel supported. With over 20 years of experience in the social work field, I works hand-in-hand with clients navigating vulnerable phases of life, complex mental health challenges, and difficult personal transitions. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I am highly equipped to help individuals process deep-seated trauma, abuse, and the complexities of the grief process. Additionally, my practice provides extensive support for adults resolving relationship problems, managing anxiety or depression, and coping with adjustment disorders. This expertise also extends to family and litigation support, offering specialized guidance for parents navigating complex co-parenting dynamics and the heavy emotional toll of family court. Beyond the clinical practice, I am a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Texas.
