Yáʼátʼééh, Some wounds do not leave bruises. They leave hypervigilance, people pleasing, emotional numbness, rage you do not understand, relationships that feel impossible, and a nervous system that never fully powers down. If you are exhausted from carrying everything alone while still trying to appear “fine,” you are not broken, weak, or failing. You adapted to survive. My approach is direct, warm, culturally honoring, and deeply trauma informed, blending clinical skill with honest human connection. I work with trauma, narcissistic abuse, addiction, couples, veterans, family conflict, identity struggles, and the messy realities people are often afraid to say out loud. This is a space for real healing, not fake perfection. Most people are not struggling because they are “broken.” They are struggling because they adapted to impossible things for too long. Trauma changes the nervous system, relationships, identity, self worth, and the way people move through the world. My work is deeply trauma informed, culturally grounded, honest, and human, helping people untangle survival patterns at the root instead of spending years stuck managing symptoms on the surface.
