As a veteran and former military spouse I have a personal understanding of some of the unique challenges that individuals and families can experience, particularly within military life and high operational tempo environments like alot of us experience today. My own experiences, along with those of the families around me, are part of what inspired me to become a therapist. Today, I draw from those experiences to offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I believe you know yourself and your life better than anyone, and that you often already carry the answers you are seeking. My role is not to tell you who you should be or what you should do, but to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, seek balance, reconnect with your strengths, work through difficult experiences, and move toward the life you want. I believe no two people or their stories are exactly alike, so therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Together, we can explore what you're experiencing and find approaches that fit your needs, values, and goals. Whether you're ready to heal from the past, improve your relationships, navigate a transition, or simply understand yourself more deeply, I would be honored to accompany you in that process.
