I work with individuals ages 17 and older, couples, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, self-doubt, and relationship challenges. Together, we can explore the patterns keeping you stuck and work toward greater emotional understanding, connection, and everyday stability. My approach is warm and collaborative. Using Emotionally Focused, Solution-Focused, and Narrative therapies, I help you understand patterns, express your needs, and build on your strengths. With couples, we explore the cycle behind conflict and work toward greater emotional connection and understanding.
