I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Wyoming working with individuals, couples, and families—from ages 3 to 100. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma (including PTSD), personality-related challenges, behavioral concerns, grief, substance use, low self-esteem, and suicidal thoughts. I also enjoy working with individuals on the autism spectrum, those with ADHD, and their families. I know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling in relationships, or trying to make sense of difficult emotions, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. I am trained in DBT, ACT, IFS, ART, NLP, and hypnotherapy, and I incorporate person-centered, strength-based, and emotionally focused therapy. I view challenges through a systems and social learning lens, while also believing that each person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. Reaching out is the first step—and you don’t have to do it alone.
