Introduction

I specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, identity development, and life transitions. I help clients who may feel unsure of themselves, overwhelmed by their emotions, disconnected from who they are, or uncertain about what comes next. The teen years and transition into adulthood can bring significant changes in friendships, relationships, independence, school, work, family expectations, and personal identity. Therapy can provide a space to explore these experiences, better understand yourself, and build confidence in the choices you make and the person you are becoming. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relationship stress, difficulty communicating their needs, and challenges adjusting to change. Together, we can identify patterns contributing to stress while developing healthier ways to cope, communicate, set boundaries, and navigate relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and client-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Our work may focus on strengthening emotional regulation, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, developing practical coping strategies, improving communication, and identifying realistic steps toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental, allowing us to explore difficult emotions and experiences while also recognizing your strengths and the progress you are making.
