Serving clients in Georgia & New Mexico AAMFT Approved Supervisor Relationships can be the best and hardest parts of our lives. Whether that is our relationships with the people we love, or the ones we don't, our relationship with ourselves, or even our profession relationship with our therapist- they can bring great joy, complicated feelings, and opportunities to grow. My approach to providing care comes from a relational systems perspective. Everything is in relationship to something else. I walk with people through the complexities of their relationships. Not necessarily what happened, or what is wrong, but what is your relationship to it? Also, does anything need to change in the relationship? I have provided care to clients of all walks of life, experiencing every aspect of the joy and sorrow life can bring. These include military, veterans, first responders, and those diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I strive to provide curious, open communication and meet clients from their point of view. The tone I attempt to set during treatment is one of safety and collaboration. I help clients reach their goals by staying in curious conversation and establishing a collaborative approach to care and treatment.
