We each deserve to feel safe, to feel heard, our experiences witnessed and our souls understood. It can feel exhausting to hold back your emotions and not have a safe place to express them and make sense of them. You may start feeling numb and like your soul has forgotten what makes it sing. Our life experiences and values shape the relationship we have formed with ourselves and the world around us. I would be honored to gently guide you into bringing an awareness to your strengths and your wounds so we can heal what feels burdening and create your authentic pathway to connect with yourself and others. I invite clients exploring relief from anxiety, depression, and complex/chronic traumas. I am also a therapist who works with neurodiversity and supports our vibrant LGTBQIA+ community.
